Positive: Villa Erika is a perfect place to stay for your vacation on Madeira! It's a beautiful place located in the quiet area, we had a nice ocean view from our apartment and the apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, a big bed, the balcony and the kitchen, bathroom, everything was ideal. Waking up with such an amazing view was a really great experience. It's located by the flat street (what's not so typical on Madeira) and you can easily park your car. Frau Helga who is the owner of this place is super nice and speaks a few languages so it was easy to communicate with her. There are a couple of bars and coffe places in the neighberhood, additionally you can leave your car and walk 20 min to a pretty nice beach in Canico. The Continente - a big grocery is 10 min by car from there. It's a good start point for the trekkings in different parts of Madeira and it's close to the airport. I have been very relaxed being there and it was one of my favourite accomodations so far :) thank you !!!
