The Space:
Located in Quinta Verde, a new resort on the road to Quinta do Lago, this lovely and truly spectacular villa incorporates virtually every luxury.
As you enter into Casa das Colunas, you will find yourself in a very bright and crisp majestic, full-height entrance hall. Within this floor of the villa, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and access to the pool area.
Living Area: Infront of the entrance hall, down some steps you enter into the gorgeous living area. The living room has two sofas to seat all the family, Flat screen TV equipped with Sky TV, DVD, CD Player, and sound bar. This room really is tech savvy and has something for all members of the family. At the end of this room, up a couple of steps you have the dining area. The dining table is a grand glass table with 8 dining chairs. This shared room has 4 double patio doors so lets in plenty of natural light giving the room a fresh feeling, and also giving you direct access to the pool and garden area.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a beautifully finished in Alderwood and chrome. This kitchen is well equipped to the highest standard with AEG appliances including gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen top is also used as a dining bar with stools. There is also a TV unit placed on the wall by the dining bar. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has zip-and-link twin beds with a patio door and the second has a full size double bed with TV. Both bedrooms have en-suites with bath, step in shower and toilet. Moving down to the lower floor level, here you will find a small bedroom with double bed and access to a bathroom with toilet and high step in shower. Please note, as this room is on the lower floor, it doesn’t have a window.
If you go up the stair case from the entrance hall, you come to the tastefully decorated Master bedroom. This room has a king bed, fitted curtains, TV, CD and DVD system and large and sun terrace with peaceful views over-looking the back of the villa and views. This master bedroom has an en-suite with whirlpool bath, separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet.
Bathrooms: Cloackroom next to the entrance hall aswell as all bedrooms having their own bathrooms
Outside: If you step outside to the pool and garden area, you will be greeted by a 10x4m salt watered pool (heating available at a charge) with lighting available in the evening…perfect for a night time meal alfresco! Poolside furniture comprises of hardwood loungers, chairs, parasol and hammock. At the side of the villa, you also find a separate outdoor dining area with seating for 12, gas BBQ and outdoor fridge.
At the back of the villa, you have lovely long views of the rear green mature shrubs and trees which can be seen from the master bedroom terrace.
At the front, as you walk through the pedestrian gate, you will find fabulous Italianate pools with fountains and planting. All spectacularly lit.
Other Information: Concealed air-conditioning, under-floor heating, motorised window shutters, solid oak doors, marble floors and heavy curtains.
The property has its own driveway with automated entrance gates.

Maid Service: The rental price includes pool towels, cleaning service 5 days a week, during week days and excluding bank holidays. Linen is changed every 3-4 days and towels are changed twice a week.
