Villa Sol is a very beautiful and spacious villa. It is surrounded by a lovely established garden with flowering bushes and Mediterranean plants and several fruit trees (lime, orange, mango, avocado, pomegranate, apple).
It is near the small town of Estoi where you will find a supermarket, a couple of bars and a few shops. In Loulé which is a 15-minute drive, you will find everything you need - restaurants and bars, a shopping centre with a large supermarket, many boutiques and shops and a covered market. On Saturdays, there is an open-air fruit and vegetable market.
The villa is located on a hill and it has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and hills and in the distance you can see the Atlantic Ocean. The location is private and you are not overlooked. The garden is completely fenced, as is the swimming pool. In the distance, you can slightly hear the A22 road that leads to Spain, but it is not disturbing and at night, you can hardly hear it.
The large swimming pool (10 x 5.5 metres and 2.20 metres deep) is private and fenced and is surrounded by several large terraces and a wall. On the main terrace there is a gas barbecue and outdoor kitchen with sink and cupboards. This spacious terrace practically surrounds the whole villa.

The villa is very spacious and comfortably furnished and equipped. There are four double bedrooms, all of a very good size. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (150 cm wide) and it opens out onto a large private terrace. It also has a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and bidet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (150 cm wide) and its own private terrace. The third bedroom has two beds that can be joined to make a double bed as well as a sofa bed. There is a second bathroom on this floor with bath and shower attachment and a separate shower. On the ground floor there is the fourth bedroom with two single beds as well as a sofa bed, which can be used as an office, as there is a desk and chair in it. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a separate toilet with bidet. The rental has plenty of storage and cupboards throughout.
