Very safe neighborhood. Dock is available for use. Perfect home to have a yacht pick your family up and spend the day at sea . The neighborhood is growing so rapidly after pandemic there is construction in different areas of the entire city there may be occasional noise from construction. With that said the city is also working on the entire sewage changing all the lines. Guest will have to be very careful with toilets and there is nothing to be flushed down the toilet.
