The grand staircase going to the front door that features a large metal sailboat, the foyer opens up to the second floor. Walking through the arch way the living area features comfortable seating and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large dining table seats twelve. The kitchen is large, well-stocked, and features stainless steel restaurant grade stove and refrigerator. This kitchen also features two stainless steel drawer dish washers. A large deck on this level features a screened area with outdoor dining and seating, more seating located along the deck. Also located on this level are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Located off of the living area is a bedroom that features a King bed, access to the deck, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom is located off of the hallway by the entrance. This bedroom features a King bed and shares a bathroom that features a shower. Going up the stairs located three steps up is a third bedroom with a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom that features a stand-up shower. The third level features a game room with poker table as well as a Pack Man game. This level also features the master suite. The master suite features a King bed that has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, a private den with sofa, TV, private deck, and kitchenette. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, a make-up station and electric fireplace. The master suite also features the laundry room and large walk-in closet. The fourth level of the home features the fifth and final bedroom. This bedroom features a King bed, seating area with 2 sofas, TV, private deck, a Queen Murphy bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The ground level of the home features an indoor swimming pool, heated for an additional fee. Outside of the home on the ground level you will find an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.
