This luxuriously appointed home is located in a peaceful residential community enjoying an extremely private aspect from its pool and BBQ deck. Featuring a stand-alone hot tub and private pool which can be heated (optional charge applies). The pool deck has plenty of chairs & sun loungers to enjoy the year-round sunshine and includes a large lanai with fans & lighting. A high degree of privacy is afforded from the pool deck as the home occupies a privileged oversized plot. The gardens are beautifully planted and the villa is perfect for sun lovers. Located within 10 minutes of grocery stores, shops, restaurants and attractions on US Highway 192 with the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks a further10 mile drive away. The villa benefits from 2 King master bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 1 two twin bedded room and a fun bunk room for children. Summary: The whole family loved the house. The pictures dont really show how amazing the pool & patio are, they were both much bigger than expected. The pool basketball hoop was a nice surprise for my boys as was the many pool toys available. We all really enjoyed the hot tub after long days at Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. The house is within half an hour of each, making it close to the attractions but out of the crazy hustle and bustle of Orlando.
