Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Hotel is on the quite street, close to the walking street, old city walls and all kind of cafes and restaurants. We 've got a room on the top floor, (on the roof actually ) with a small balcony on one side and a terrace on another side which is of course was for all the guests' use but during our stay we have not seen anyone there. amazing views! our room was big, in a bathroom there was a bathtub (we did not use), the temperature and the pressure of water in the shower was good.

Negative: No reception. self check-in did not work smoothly for us as there was no key in the box via what we were supposed to get it. together with the other 2 guests we started to message someone on Whatsapp and ask how and when we can expect receiving the keys. about 40 min waiting. Someone on another side of Whatsapp was not very polite , not even apologies on the key issue, was not eager to give any advises on small matters. WIFI does not work on the roof where the room was, it was not mentioned anywhere. it was pretty dusty in the room, the gap in the door is huge, no soundproofing. probably we just were not lucky with this penthouse. other rooms inside the building might be a better option.

Summary: it was OK for 2 nights stay but would not come again
