As you walk up the stairs, you're welcomed by a spacious, elevated deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze. The deck features a lovely outdoor dining area with seating for four, as well as four Adirondack chairs by the front door, ideal for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The first door you'll encounter leads to a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom, perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach.
Inside the main home, you're greeted by a beautiful open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, and plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with all-new pieces, including three sleeper sofas, all designed for relaxing after a fun day of sun and sand. The flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights, and the living room flows seamlessly into the updated kitchen. Equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks.
