Welcome to Sand Perpetua Villa, your ideal Algarve family and friends relaxing beach house with a nice swimming pool (salt), 4 minutes walking distance from the Praia da Lota dunes (200mts).
Why Sand Perpetua? Walk in the dunes surrounding the house and you’ll discover the Helichrysum Italicum, a dune plant also known as the Perpétua-das-Areias in Portuguese that will remind you the sweet curry fragrance. Unique! Keep walking few minutes in the nature, and you’ll reach the quiet Lota beach mostly for locals as the parking area is limited, fortunately!
We acquired this house in 2017 because Eastern Algarve coast still has unspoiled spots, a natural reserve with hot white sand and water close to the Mediterranean sea. Within 5 minutes driving you’ll reach Cacela Velha old village where you can eat fresh and delicious oysters from the Ria Formosa while watching the fantastic landscape. 10 minutes further and you’re in Tavira with charming pedestrian streets and great restaurants. Faro airport is 45 minute drive, and the nearest Golf course, Quinta da Ria, facing the sea is only 10 minutes away.
The 150m2 house is planned and ideally equipped for families and friends, hosting 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms.
In the front of the house you’ll find the private pool area with a shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, the garage and a parking place.
In the back of the house is the covered patio with sofas to relax, and the garden with lunch/barbecue area.
On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with a large extensible dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, 2 master bedrooms suite with private bathroom.
On the top floor a large terrace partial sea views.
On the basement floor with several windows and natural light, a large room with master bed and 2 individual sofa beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Summer can be hot so there is air conditioning in the 2 suite bedrooms and in the living room, the basement room is fresh enough. For the short winter season there are stone wall heaters in all divisions.
Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, a dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, boiler.
Technology is important even during your holidays, the house has 5G internet with strong wireless signal reaching all floors and exterior garden/pool areas, 2 large TV’s (40" & 32"), with a Box connected to the local provider, the other for entertainment.
As security is an important element with children, the house has 2 separate environments. The patio and garden area on the living room side, the separate pool area in the front side of the house. This means children only go to the pool if adults allow it, everyone feels safer this way.
The house has a manual gate, you can park your car in the property, in the covered garage or outdoor. There are usually parking places outside and the area is safe.
In the garage you will find all you need for the swimming pool and the beach, sun shade, beach chair, plastic toys for the kids! Use them like we do.
