The Villa is located in Paul Do Mar - south west coast of the Island, in the midst of nature in this historic fishing village which is considered the sunniest and hottest along the Calheta coast.

The villa consists of vulcanic stones and rocks from the Azores, Cape Verde, Madeira and mainland, high quality wooden finishes and extensive glass areas offering plenty of light and sunshine inside. The villa has a sea facing patio, terrace, balconies as well as covered and uncovered garden areas with plenty of shade. There is an outside barbeque area with a large patio lit up for open-air dining as well as an outside shower to cool yourself during the hot days or remove the salt after a refreshing swim in the ocean. The ground floor consists of a lounge area with flat-screen TV and a high speed wireless internet access as well as a laptop friendly working desk.
