House by the sea, located in a prime area of São Miguel Island - Caloura, 3 minutes walk from Porto da Caloura. It is a comfortable, comfortable family home that has been in the owners family for 4 generations. It offers its guests free high speed WIFI, dishwasher and laundry.

The house is divided over two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, garden view and exit, large fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and two walk-in bedrooms.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the 3rd and 4 bedroom with double bed.

Outside there is a large private garden with seating area, lawn, various plants and in the background has a magnificent view of the sea and islet of Vila Franca.

The house and garden are reserved exclusively for its guests. They have access to the garden and all the amenities of the house.

You will be welcomed by the owners João and Manuela who will be waiting for you to hand over the key, explain the operation of the house and give some valuable tips for your visit to the island of São Miguel.

Summary: Joao's house is beautiful, with room for 8 people. If you like gardens, you will love this place. The garden is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the coast from one spot. Hot tub, BBQ, all great. Nice location walking distance from 2 good restaurants. Very warm and friendly host.
