It is set in a peaceful and pleasant wooded conservation area with lakes, walking trails and children’s play area. The private approach road is lined with palms which are illuminated at night. The villa is ideally located for all major attractions and is approximately 20 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, 25 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. It is just over 5 minutes from Highway 192 with its wide range of shops, restaurants and other attractions. The living area of the villa is in a modern open-plan style incorporating the lounge area, kitchen and dining area. The extended and well furnished pool deck is ideal for relaxing after a day at the Theme Parks.
