Great to discover the city center.

Alfama and the Castle area, where the apartment is located, are right at the heart of the celebrations. Expect live music, dancing, food stalls, and lots of people in the streets. The festivities usually last about a week, with the busiest nights being June 9th–10th and June 12th–13th, as well as the surrounding weekends.
The apartment has double-glazed soundproof windows, but on these nights the square outside turns into a true open-air party, with loud music until early morning, so sleeping can be difficult.
If you love vibrant nightlife and want to experience Lisbon at its most festive, this is a great time to stay. If you’re looking for quiet nights and rest, we recommend choosing different dates or choosing one of our apartments located in other neighborhoods.
