Positive: Nice location. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped.

Negative: It's not "entire villa", just an apartment on the 1st floor of a two-story house. On the 2nd floor is another studio - type apartment in rent and upstairs neighbors could be very noisy just they did during our stay.
