One step inside this beautifully restored 1915 home you will be taken back in time. Surviving the changes of the 20th century, the house has kept its integrity and remains unchanged to its original form with a hint of modern touches to keep you comfortable.
The downtown district is one block from the house and is notable for its absence of large commercial signage, corporate franchise restaurants or chain retail stores. The Pinellas Trail, a 37-mile-long bicycle and pedestrian trail that spans all of Pinellas County north to south.

The Space
On the main level you will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, office, half bath and laundry room. The dining room has seating for 10 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
All of the 4 suites in the main house have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.
