"Beachside" is beach-themed patio villa in the Carley Villas neighborhood in the Village of Hawkins. Hawkins Neighborhood Recreation Center with its adult pool, cornhole, shuffle board and bocce courts is nice walk from the home. Also walkable is a scenic preserve hiking/biking trail. You can also view incredible sunsets from the trailhead! The Aviary Village Recreation Center is a short ride away with its family pool (children permitted), tennis, pickleball, billiards, darts, shuffle board and much more! Rent a golf cart for your stay (not included) to get around to Brownwood Paddock Square or Edna's on the Green in Marsh Bend. Currently, Lowlands executive golf is the closest course. Coming soon is Sawgrass Grove and Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course.
