The large and very bright kitchen has a huge eat in space, and island and lots of counter space. The breakfast bar divides the kitchen and family room, which has slider doors to the pool area. No rear neighbors close to the patio/pool area. The pool is South facing! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other rooms share a bathroom.
