Summary: came down there to do some fishing. When I first pulled up I wasn't quite sure, it looks like it needed a little work outside, but the inside was nice and clean the air conditioning worked well. And it seems it's in a nice neighborhood. I parked right out front and didn't have any problems. I had expensive fishing gear in my truck no issues whatsoever
