THE INDEPENDENT HOUSE has a large garden and one floor, no neighbors, with supermarkets 3 minutes away, all completely private and fenced, 1.5km from the beach.
It has a good stone barbecue, heating, a large fireplace in the living room, sun loungers, a lawned garden, a games room with football, billiards, snooker, etc and lots of silence.
There are modern flat screen TVs in every room, and new mattresses.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private and secluded pool. and 4 extra beds. Maximum 12 people and one baby.

The entire house is on the ground floor, with no interior stairs or steps.
