Positive: The staff is absolutely lovely and caring. We had a lovely Ocean view room, and it was quite big and with a terrific terrace. We had an issue with our boat back to Madeira, which has been canceled, and they also called us to let us know. We also appreciated the Jeep Tour that they organized for us. The breakfast was also quite good, even if we have been in low season and their last month of opening. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back in the future.
