Positive: Excellent location just a bit away from the walking street... close enough to walk but far enough to not hear the chaos. The view out the front was pretty amazing. The bed was the comfiest we've had in Thailand, and the bathroom was elegant and had the same amazing view. One of the pricier places in Pai but we were very glad to have stayed here. Breakfast also was excellent.

Negative: Nothing, really. No complaints at all. Its a little buggy on the porch but that can't be helped.
