Positive: I was in the room on the first floor. The view from the balcony was just amazing, very peaceful. You feel very at ease the moment you enter the village and the house. The location of the house is great, it’s at the end of the market road where village life takes place, you can find restaurants and shops. Parking is possible on site in the courtyard. The bed is king size, very good full wooden quality as the rest of the furniture. The bed has a great mattress, stiffer than average which I loved. Bathroom could be slightly better, it is Thai standard though and offers all you need. Waking up in this room is just wonderful as your first glimpse goes out the large floor-to-ceiling windows directly to the green mountains of the surrounding national park. The host is very receptive, answering requests immediately. Great service mentality. Noteworthy, I forgot my watch after checkout and before realizing it myself they contacted me via mail. I was already two hours on the road, turning back not really an option, so they offered to send it to my next hotel. Many thanks for that! Apart from the house, the village is really nice if you look for remoteness and calmness. Hiking, good food and enjoying the peace for a few days. Wonderful.
