' Ideally situated within 50 meters of beach called 'Praia Pequena', this house was completely remodeled in 2012, in order to provide all possible comfort and serenity.
With the blue sea as a backdrop, all the decoration was based on that framework and thought to the smallest detail. With all privacy, this villa has a sea view on the horizon, as well as the predominantly green landscape in protected natural park.
With large areas, this house consists of 4 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and dining room and a kitchen opened to living room. In the exterior there is a large lawned garden all around the house, having been chosen a more sheltered area to allow pleasant outdoor dining, cooked in barbecue or just contemplate the stars on summer nights.
