Welcome to our cozy retreat! We’re absolutely delighted to have you as our guest! As you settle in, please feel right at home and make the most of your stay.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m check-out time is before 11 a.m. Please follow this time. In case you need to extend check in or check out, please let us know in advance, otherwise there may be guests coming the same day.
• This is a non-smoking home.
• No open flames or candles. If you find candles in the house, they are for outside use or for emergencies only.
• Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes.
• Please do not run the A/C with the doorsand windows open.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• The residence welcomes dogs while adhering to established guidelines. The reservation permits one dog weighting up to 30 pounds. Approval from the host is necessary for additional or larger dogs, potentially incurring supplementary fees and refundable deposits. The standard dog cleaning fee will automatically accompany the reservation upon adding a pet. Please be aware that there will be additional cleaning fee $150 for large dog and $200 refundable deposit if there is no damages.
• Pets are kindly requested to refrain from accessing or using the beds within the premises. Please No pets on furniture or carpets. Dogs cannot be left alone in the house. Please pick up after your dog.
• Please return the furniture to its original position if it has been rearranged.
• If you damage something, please let us know immediately, so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Registered guests only. No extra guest allowed staying overnight.
• No events or parties.
• If you use the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use and the grates are wiped down. One additional cylinder of gas for the grill will be provided for your convenience. Empty gas cylinders can be exchanged in nearby stores. Please ensure that the grill is cleaned before your departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge for cleaning.
• Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Please place garbage carts to the curb on THURSDAY EVENING for the garbage pickup on FRIDAY MORNING.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
