Also 400 meters from the apartment is the new University New School of Bussiness and Economics (SBE)
There are shopping areas and several restaurants nearby; at Carcavelos beach, surf schools have different water sports options; about 15 minutes walk away is the “Ocean” swimming pool with jumping boards where you can spend a fun day and at the end of the day you can snack in the Oeiras Marina where you can find different kinds of restaurants.
