2 Bedroom House in Hills T P, Fort Myers beach

Stay at the coolest little home in F.M.B.! Our two bedroom, one bath home, is the perfect getaway. We're just four houses from the beach! There's plenty of room for everybody to do their thing. Our cute outdoor shower, to wash a fun day at the beach away, is located right next to our big back private deck which is equipped with a BBQ grill. We have a nice small front deck for morning tea and coffee as well. We are five blocks from "times square" . We would like to invite you to become part of our extended family. Our Ft. Myers property is just perfect for your beach getaway. 2022 marks our fourth season opened and we would love you to come join us for your spring, summer and fall getaway. There is a five night minimum from April 22, 2022 till November 7, 2022. And From November 7, 2022 till April 22, 2023 we have a seven night minimum.
Okay, now some more info about our home!
We have all your beach goods including chairs, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. We have beach cruisers to ride around town on as well. The inside has everything you need for relaxing. Did I say we are four houses from the beach? There are brand new beds, linens, towels. There is everything you need in the kitchen to create your masterpiece. We will be renting our home for a five night minimum from April 22, 2022 till November 7, 2022. Then it will go back to seven day minimum November 7, 2022 till April 20 2023. Usually Saturday to Saturday is what we prefer.
Bring the dogs! We have a $50.00 fee and a $50.00 deposit, per dog, per stay. When you get to our home, you put the money in the "dog me" jar on the shelf, above the kitchen sink. When you leave, if your dog is good, you take $50.00 back. If your dog is bad, you what to do.

For the last nine years, we've helped our guests have an amazing vacation with memories that will last them a life time in Denver Colorado at Johnny Lo's medx. We sold our beautiful Denver property in December, to concentrate on our new homes. Five years ago we opened our mountain home to our extended family to relax at and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Our specious mountain home in Estes Park, Colorado is truly God's country and our beautiful home in Ft. Myers Beach Florida is soooo comfy. If you find your self heading to Colorado for work or play, please check out our mountain getaway located in Estes Park (johnny lo's 2). Hope to see you on the beach real soon!
