LOGISTICS:

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.
GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. We would ask you to remain quiet after 11pm.
PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn or your car will be fined and towed.
PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENTS: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipments, disabled equipments, pets equipments…)

- Parking: You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Please be respectful of the neighbor’s spaces and do not block the way. You are not allowed to park on the lawn or on the sidewalks. The city doesn’t hesitate to tow the cars not respecting these rules.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.
- Party/Noise: We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that no loud gathering is allowed at any time. Strictly no noise is tolerated after 10pm. It's a residential neighborhood and neighbors will call police as they did in the past. This could lead to a loss of your security deposit and the forfeit of your reservation.
- Late check out: As courtesy, we will ask you to please honor the check-out time to give our professional cleaning staff enough time to clean and sterilize the home for our next guest as we did to prepare for you. A non-respect of the check-out time will engender a penalty, imposed by the platform.
- Windows/doors: Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property, as you probably know, Florida has a tropical climate with a lot of wildlife and vegetations, especially during the current season. Window doors’ handles must be placed horizontally and pulled to be open completely. When the handle is placed horizontally the door opens partially, please never force it as the handle must be horizontally to be opened fully
- Plumbing: Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets. There are small bins available for any other trash.
- Pool: Pool heater button should never be activated. Pool jets to be activated by pressing the “blower” button on the pool panel which is located behind the pool on the right side
- Kayaks: must be attached to the rope after each use. Life jackets are available in the storage box placed behind the outdoor lounge area as well as the air pump.
