Welcome to the gated community, The Preserve At West Villages in Wellen Park! Just bring your clothes and enjoy yourselves while staying in our single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with split floor plan and den. You will feel relaxed and at home in this open concept floor plan villa with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The split bedroom floor plan provides privacy.
When you enter the villa you walk into the kitchen which has 42"white wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances with an oversized quartzite island and abundance of counter space, perfect for cooking! The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the necessities of home. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. The quartzite island has seating for 3. As you enter the villa, on your right is the den with pull-out couch. Porcelain tiles have replaced the carpeting in the bedrooms.
The dining area can seat 6 comfortably. The living room has a comfortable sectional and leather recliner with oversized TV, perfect for watching movies! Off the living room is access to your covered, screen-in lanai with additional seating, and outdoor TV to relax or enjoy your meal outdoors.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with direct access to your ensuite bathroom, which has an oversized walk in shower, dual sinks and water closet. It is also equipped with a smart TV where you may watch TV or stream using your favorite apps.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the other end of the villa with access to the full bathroom just off the hallway. Also equipped with a smart TV where you may stream using your favorite apps.
The den/flex room is located just off the kitchen and has a pull out couch and smart TV where you can watch TV or stream using your apps.
You will have access to our 2 car garage. We also offer EV car charging with our newly installed Level 2 charger for an additional fee. **Please inquire within.
Guests are welcome to use the community pool, bocce and pickleball courts, and gym, which is a short car ride away within the development, or you may walk to it if you prefer!
This property is perfect for extended vacations or business trips. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen utensils to ironing board etc just bring your suitcase.
