Positive: The apartments were clean, quiet (we were far from the pool and water slides), and comfortable and overall very well equipped. The property had very nice pools, water slides, basketball courts, etc. We wish we would have stayed longer to be able to enjoy them all. Between Epic Universe and outlet shopping, there was not enough time; so I would recommend a longer stay (if you are also visiting parks/shopping, etc). The apartment didn't have dish/hand towels for the kitchen, but the management was responsive and provided them very soon after requesting them. Beds are super comfortable. Apartments are modern and nicely decorated.

Negative: The black out curtains don't fully black out the light in the hallways and so the room is not dark enough at night. I believe that there needs to be another layer of blackout blinds and that the black out curtain should be hung higher. Would have appreciated the kitchen towels being available without having to request them. Water from frig had a horrible taste. I don't think the filter works. We had to refill our water bottles in the lobby (which was far away) each night.
